What We Collect

Frozen Tower Defense is designed to minimize data collection. We only store gameplay-related data needed for core features.

• Game settings and preferences (sound, quality, UI options)
• Local progress and scores stored in your browser/device
• Duel account/session data when you use online duel features

Local Storage

We use browser localStorage for settings, local leaderboard data, and duel session convenience. This data stays on your device unless you actively use online features that send game data to the relay server.

Relay Server (Online Duel)

When you play online duel mode, your client sends gameplay/session data (for example display name, room/match state, scores, and snapshots) to the relay service so live matches can function.

The relay is used strictly for multiplayer game operations and matchmaking. It is not intended for ad profiling or behavioral tracking.

Ads and Tracking

No ads. We do not run third-party ad networks in the game.

No cross-site tracking. We do not use invasive tracking for ad targeting or sell your personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only used to operate gameplay systems (local saves, leaderboard display, and duel relay functionality).

Security and Retention

Reasonable measures are used for service operation, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Local storage remains under your browser/device control. You can clear it from browser settings at any time.
